The value derived is measured as the total cost to company of all candidates recruited multiplied by the base rate.

In the event that an appointed Candidate leaves the employment of the Client within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date on which such Candidate commenced employment with the Client, RecruitOutsource by Malander Placements undertakes to provide a suitable alternative Candidate as a replacement for the position at no additional cost.
